Thirteen years into our journey our strategy is unchanged. But what has changed is BSP’s growing regional and international footprint. Our offices in Australia, Singapore, China, India, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea serve both large and small local firms as well as multi-national clients. Our partner firms in the UK and North America mirror our approach and expertise and provide additional global reach.

BSP’s goal is to be known as the Best Search Firm operating in the Asia Pacific region. We have no interest in being the biggest – although the scale we presently have in some of our practice areas, is such that we overshadow many of our competitors. We believe that being known as the best comes through the consistent delivery of quality work.
