Global leader in the IT Security industry Watchguard Technologies has announced that it has appointed Mr. Akihiro Hompu as its Japan President & Representative Director. Norbert Kiss, VP Asia Pacific for Watchguard is delighted to have Mr. Hompu join the Watchguard team and further drive stellar growth in the APJ region. Mr. Hompu previously ran the Japan office of a number of US based IT and Security companies, where he was responsible for significant expansion of market share in Japan.
