Dimple Das
Dimple brings nearly a decades experience in Operations and Human Resources Management in the Telecom and technology domain. Prior to joining BSP Dimple was with Egon Zehnder International where she worked as a Research Analyst for nearly two years, based out of Bangalore, doing research for Senior Executive level searches across India. Dimple started her career in the Telecom industry with Hutchinson Telecom and then moved to the IT sector where she supported recruiting in both the Sales and Research (software development) functions, first as a Recruiter at Sun Microsystems and then as Staffing Consultant with Intel Technologies. In these roles she was responsible for mid to senior level hiring, managing the recruitment process end to end, in addition to working on Talent Acquisition Planning and Delivery.
Dimple graduated with Honours in English Literature from the Kolkata University and then completed her management studies from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management before further pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Cambridge University.
