Jane Harlen
Jane’s background spans twenty five years of operating in a wide range of senior roles, including for the BBC in the UK and as a Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia.
Her experience encompasses working for both the public sector and commercial enterprises. In particular, she has a deep appreciation of the needs of large, complex organisations; is skilled in handling situations with multiple stake-holders; and practised at advising Boards on organisational and leadership issues. Understanding a client’s strategic objectives and cultural imperatives are pivotal aspects of any assignment she undertakes.
Jane brings functional expertise in strategy, institutional transformation, change management, marketing and customer service. Industries in which she has operated include: professional services to corporate and government clients, media, communications, travel and tourism, telecommunications and technology.
After attending the University of Warwick, her early career was based in the UK. Since 1996 Jane has lived and worked in Australia. Many of her roles have been international and she brings that sensitivity to assignments with a global or multi-cultural focus.
