Kenneth is based in the BSP Shanghai office and leads our business in Greater China. Kenneth brings enormous experience in assessing and recruiting senior executives for US, European and Chinese companies in the fields of technology, life sciences and beyond since early 1999 and has enjoyed a great reputation in the search industry in the region. Prior to joining BSP, Kenneth spent over 3years at CTPartners to build the China operation from Shanghai. In addition, he has also worked for other major global firms including Russell Reynolds Associates and KornFerry and made great contributions to the establishment of their China businesses.
Kenneth began his career as an English Lecturer at a local university in Shanghai and has worked as an International Coordinator at a leading Chinese forwarding company in the early 90s. From 1996 to 1999, Kenneth has worked for CEIBS, a Shanghai based leading international business school, at its early stage and played an important role in promoting international MBA education in mainland China. A Chinese national, Kenneth graduated with a BA from Shanghai International Studies University in British and American Literature and an MBA from CEIBS.
