Mark Pretty
Mark is one of BSP’s founding Directors and since 1997, has successfully led many senior executive searches for BSP’s key clients across the Asia Pacific region. Those searches have included Vice Presidents, Managing Directors and most key regional leadership positions for both large vendors and smaller new market entrants. Mark’s current search focus is on helping high-growth technology companies entering the Asia Pacific region identify that elusive “superstar” to ensure success.
Prior to entering the search industry, Mark had a successful career spanning twenty years in senior roles with a number of leading global Technology vendors. Mark has worked in the high-technology community since 1980 when he started his career with Burroughs Machines in the UK. His early career was spent in sales management in Europe prior to moving to Asia. Executive positions with a number of global companies followed, culminating in a successful IPO for a regional software company where Mark was Vice President for Asia Pacific.
Mark holds a BA Hons in International Relations from The University of Sussex.
