Natalie Walker
Natalie Walker has been working with our UK based partner firm Saxton Bampfylde since 2008. Natalie has conducted senior level searches in the Higher Education, Arts and Culture, Government and Public, and Health sectors covering the UK, Europe, Canada, the USA and Middle East. Prior to her move to executive search, Natalie’s career spanned retail banking, structured finance and capital markets. Starting her career as a treasury dealer/structured finance lender in Australia with Australian European Finance Corporation (the merchant banking arm of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia) before moving into the CBA’s high net worth client division as a Business Banking relationship manager. She was then recruited by a private investment bank to manage government fleet leasing contracts. Moving to London in 1999, she worked at the US law firm, Shearman & Sterling in their UK Capital Markets division before joining Saxton Bampfylde.
Originally from WA we are delighted to have Natalie join us in the Sydney office where she will work on Australian and international searches.
Natalie has a B.Bus degree majoring in Finance and International Business from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia.
