Paul Kelly
Since joining BSP as a Partner in 2002, Paul has successfully completed senior executive search assignments with both large established technology vendors and high growth software companies in Australia and across the Region.
Prior to search Paul spent 20 years in the IT sector with a number of high profile technology and solutions vendors. He has held senior sales director and general management positions with multinational vendors such as Olivetti in the UK and Unisys and Novell in Australia. He has also had 2 years as an Associate Director with a leading Australian Management Consulting firm. Paul is highly conversant with the challenges and process of building and developing sales and leadership teams, and this combined with his extensive knowledge of the IT market place provides a firm foundation for best practice business partnerships with BSP’s clients.
Paul has an honours degree in Economics along with post graduate studies in Business and Psychology at the University of Sydney.
