Ray Whitfield
Ray commenced his career with BSP in 2005. Since then, Ray has undertaken many search projects in the Technology sector covering leadership roles in sales, consulting, as well as CIO, CFO, HR Director and other functional roles. Ray has worked with BSP’s Directors on the most senior search engagements across Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining BSP, Ray’s background includes: Human Resources in Airline and Technology companies; Sales, Sales Management and Consulting Management experience in the Technology sector covering hardware, network and communications and software industries; and roles to develop new businesses and to “fix” underperforming businesses.
Ray has a B. Bus (Marketing) Caulfield Institute, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed the Executive Development Programme at Mt Eliza.
