Saima Ahmed
Saima joined Braithwaite Steiner Pretty Executive Search as an Analyst in India. She joined us from Talent Management Group Executive Consulting where she worked as a Consultant on research projects for various international clients. She was also involved with managing search & selection engagements for mid to senior level Technical & Techno Sales positions in the Technology sector.
Saima started her career in the IT industry with Bell Business Solutions, a Canadian based firm and then worked for a few years in various Canadian organizations in the capacity of an HR Generalist before moving back to India in 2010. Her areas of specialization include Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Policies & Procedures, HRIS Systems and Benefits & Compensation.She has also volunteered with various Canadian non-profit, charitable organizations such as United Way & with Humanity First as a Communication Director.
Her experience of working with IT firms internationally has augmented her exposure to businesses in various regions in the Technology Practice. In her role as an Analyst, Saima will assist Partners in the initial stages of research, market mapping projects and administrative services in the Technology Practice.
