Seiji Komori
Seiji has over 12 years experience as a Researcher in the Executive search industry, having completed numerous senior level Searches in the IT and Manufacturing industry for mainly international companies in Japan.
Prior to joining BSP, Seiji was Research Director of an international boutique executive search firm in Japan where he successfully managed a vast range of projects including corporate management, sales, marketing, leadership, technical and engineering specialties. Seiji also has experience in organisational talent analysis and on-board integration projects beyond executive search.
Based in Tokyo, a Japanese national and former US resident, Seiji has many years experience identifying prospective talent, with both the business experience and cross-cultural skills to successfully interpret and implement a multinational company’s strategy in the Japanese market.
