Tony has held senior roles at ABN Amro (now Royal Bank of Scotland), Beyond Television, the NSW Film & Television Office (now Screen NSW) and the Sydney Film Festival.
He holds a Bachelor of Business from UTS and has a professional background in stockbroking, financial services and in the media and cultural sectors.

His recent search work in education includes the CEO and Director Centre for Online Learning Excellence for Open Universities Australia (OUA), the CEO for the Australian Council for Private Education (ACPET) and PVCs, Deans, Heads of Departments and senior corporate service positions for universities including Swinburne, Canberra, Charles Darwin, Edith Cowan, Auckland, Monash, Bond, Charles Sturt, South Australia, New England and Macquarie Universities.
Tony’s search work in government and the public sector include searches for the Chief of Sustainable Ecosystems Division and the Director for the Water for a Healthy Country Flagship at CSIRO, the Deputy Secretary for Agriculture & Fisheries Services for the Department of Primary Industries in Victoria, the Chair of the Biosciences Research Centre in Victoria and the CEO of Indigenous Business Australia.
